  • Touch the Windows logo key and R to access the Run box.
  • Here, input ‘control’ and tap ‘OK.’
  • In the Control Panel, find the ‘Devices and Printers’ section. The View by drop-down menu should be Large Icons.
  • Right-tap on your printer and choose ‘See what’s printing.’
  • Tap ‘Printer.’
  • Check whether there’s a tick beside the Use Printer offline option.
  • If there is, remove it and try printing.

Troubleshoot the spooler service

 The spooler service should not be stopped. Otherwise, you will find that your Epson printer says offline. Use these steps to start the service.

 

  • On the Run dialogue box, type ‘services.msc’ and press ‘OK.’
  • On the Service window, navigate to ‘Print Spooler.’
  • Check that it is running.
